Celebration Event of Teresa Collins Paperlife
We’re having a pre-CHA party, Monday July 26th, the night before CHA to celebrate Teresa Collins Paperlife!!! It is open for everyone, but seats are very limited so you will need to reserve yours A.S.A.P. We are celebrating with a class from Teresa herself using her new releases for the show, a chance for you to create, shop, and have your cake and eat it with Teresa and The Paperlife, too! Teresa will design a class around her new CHA release for you (and that’s all we are saying for now!), and The Paperlife will host a party to celebrate her and get to know her Paperlife better!
Sound like Fun? Seating is limited to 70 people. Tickets are $70 and are non-refundable but are transferable (due to the exclusivity of this event). This event is located at the Marriott Rosemont, IL) just down the street from CHA Summer 2010) from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. It is a PARTY and we are going to CELEBRATE (big hint there, wink)! OK some of this has to remain a surprise but, we promise even more fun and excitement will be going on there.

Dave Brethauer From Memory Box Will Be Here!
Dave will be here August 3rd using the fall/christmas release scheduled for release in July. He will use Prismacolor pencils for the colored pencil class and Faber Castell watercolor pencils for the Watercolor class.
June Card Swap
June’s theme Unique Folded Cards. Create a card using a unique fold or shape, such as Gate Fold, Accordion Fold, Tri-Fold, Pocket Card, etc. Check out Splitcoast Stampers for ideas. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/C87/

There is no fee to participate. If you want to participate in the swap, please email Cathy Moews at robertmoews@msn.com or call the store by June 1.
Each month, a winning card design will be chosen that best depicts the theme. The winner will receive a prize donated by Scrapbook Friend’z.
Once we know how many will be participating, Cathy will let you know how many cards to make. The cards will be due at Scrapbook Friend’z by the 15th of the month.
If you’ve never done a swap, here’s how it works. Each month, those participating in the swap make a certain number of the same card and bring them to the store. When all the cards are received, you will get one of each person’s cards in return.
