A*Muse*a*Palooza is Coming!
Mark your calendars for July 10 through 18th for A*Muse*a*Palooza 2009! This is the 4th annual event featuring the newest products from A Muse; one of our FAVORITE stamp companies!!
The theme for this year’s event is “Winter Wonderland.” Events will include make & takes, classes, door prizes, give-aways, and lots of fun, topped off with a grand prize!!!

August and September Card Swap
August’s swap theme is Get Well. Create cards for those who aren’t feeling so hot or are “under the weather” to let them know you’re thinking of them.
There is no fee to participate. If you want to participate in August’s card swap, please email Cathy Moews at robertmoews@msn.com or call the store by August 1.
Once we know how many will be participating, Cathy will let you know how many cards to make. The cards will be due at Scrapbook Friend’z by the 15th of the month.

Make It Your Own Collage Frame
Here you will be able to use your imagination to make a wonderfully fun framed collage. Every one will be different! We'll paint our frames, distress them, and then make 6 tiny collage elements using Graphic 45 papers and all kinds of ephemera.
I will have metal pieces, buttons, words, jewels, ribbons, wooden pieces, and more for you to rummage through to complete your "work of art." Distress Inks will be used to add color to the elements and the background paper. It can be displayed on a desktop or wall.
Finished project is 8 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches
Love Life Mixed Media Album
Join Nicole as we mix things up. In this class we will complete an album that has chipboard, acrylic and felt all in one album! Nicole will share the tricks of working with felt, and share some new ideas for using patterned acrylic.
Great Impressions Stamp of the Month Card Class
July’s stamps from Great Impressions are too cute and perfect for the little girl in your life!!! Princesses, Castles, Carousel Horses…. Join Linda for this class where we will make four cards using Great Impressions July stamps! As always, the cards are beautifully designed by Lisa Visel and taught by Linda!
The Good Stuff Mini Album
Come create a fun summer album using Basic Grey’s eclectic/dark Chocolate chipboard album and Fancy Pants Summer Soiree paper line. This is a perfect album to place some of your summer highlights or document the trip you don't want to forget.
There is room for plenty of pictures and journaling. Everything will be pre-cut and pre-distressed prior to class. However, I will not stamp the words on tabs so you can add your own personal touch.
If you want the words I used in the sample, I will have the stamps with me.
